As our 90 day tourist visas are on the verge of expiring, we're getting ready to move on from Bolivia and transition to life in Brazil. We flew back to Santa Cruz on Friday afternoon and are spending the weekend packing and saying goodbyes. It's lovely to see familiar faces and friends (Eli is particularly delighted to see his canine pals Rosie and Lassie) and honestly Santa Cruz feels a bit home-like. We'll be flying to Rio de Janeiro on Monday by way of Buenos Aires, Argentina.

And so we say, hasta luego (until later). It's been a good three months; we certainly hope to return someday (Jason's studies will aid in that), and in the meantime have found Bolivia to be quite beautiful, sometimes frustrating (!), but yet warm and welcoming, all at the same time.
